Our syrup also contains organic: Echinacea, Star Anise, Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Rose Hip, Cloves, Rosemary and Lavender.

Each kit comes with two seeping bags- one with your dried elderberries, the other with immunity boosting herbs. Simply let the elderberries soak in a pan with 4.5 cups of warm water for 30 minutes, simmer for 30 minutes, add the herbs the last 15 minutes, remove from heat, add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1.5 cups of honey, allow the syrup to cool and the kit will yield approximately 32oz of syrup!
